Team Boonedoggle was created in 2015 by former University of Denver Men’s Lacrosse players to reunite on Independence Day and bring an Alumni team to one of the most historic lacrosse tournaments in the world. DU Lacrosse Alumni come together annually for the “Vail Lacrosse Shootout” to honor and celebrate the University of Denver Men’s Lacrosse program and continue to compete as the “Best in the West!”

The tournament presents an opportunity for DU Lacrosse Alumni to stay connected, join Alumni players from prior generations, reminisce on the evolution of the DU program, share all of the great memories with family and friends, and continue to play the “Creators Game” post-graduation for our school.
